Our global supplier will be provide us a tracking number that will be sent to you via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

Due to the global pandemic, your item may take longer to arrive to your house.As always, we will do our best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible but you may experience a slight delay in our standard delivery times.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Because we ship directly from our global partners, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Don't worry, you royal case is on its way ;)

Can I have a tracking number for my order?

If you didn't receive your tracking number within a week, please contact us.
NOTE : We can not provice tracking information to all countries. Some countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Germany, UAE can't be deliverd with tracking information.
Will I receive my order in one package?
Because we operate with different suppliers worldwide, you could receive your phone cases in separate package.
It's been over 7+ week and I still have not receive my order. What can I do?
If you still haven't received your order within the timeframe given above, please leave a message with your contact info on the contact us page.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
In most cases, this is because our customers have accidentally entered an incorrect email. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

Why was my card declined?
Your bank/credit card company will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.
